Saving Yourself from Yourself

Overview
You are your only enemy! Try to survive for as much time as possible while every action you take to fix something breaks something else. Try to take some berries for food but you just hurt yourself in the process! Try to bandage yourself to stop the bleeding but you just infected your wounds! Now you have to cure yourself with an acid mushroom and I'm telling you that does not feel great.
